What to include in a bug report
- macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac)
- AVS version (About / app info in AVS)
- Browser + extension if capture failed (Chrome / Edge / Brave)
- What you tried — paste URL, extension, torrent, converter, etc.
- What happened — error text, screenshot, or a short screen recording if useful
Before you write
- Confirm macOS 14+
- Quit and reopen AVS, then retry the browser extension
- Paste the URL into AVS manually as a fallback
- Skim the FAQ for common answers
