What to include in a bug report

1. macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac)
2. AVS version (About / app info in AVS)
3. Browser + extension if capture failed (Chrome / Edge / Brave)
4. What you tried — paste URL, extension, torrent, converter, etc.
5. What happened — error text, screenshot, or a short screen recording if useful

Before you write

• Confirm macOS 14+
• Quit and reopen AVS, then retry the browser extension
• Paste the URL into AVS manually as a fallback
• Skim the FAQ for common answers
